System Manufacture
 With its own manufacturing unit,HEMCO can undertake to assemble
and build a wide range of equipment. Anything from small control
boxes/enclosures and operator control stations, through to the
largest multi bay floor standing panels, to include motor control
centres (MCC’s) and distribution panels. Good access and
a large workshop make for easy handling and loading of larger
systems.
In-house facilities exist to engrave nameplates,mimic panels and
fascias etc.
HEMCO also has experience in manufacturing enclosures for use
in hazardous areas and a knowledge of obtaining the necessary
certification.
Testing, Installation & Commissioning
 Time is spent on careful design and planning. Extra time spent
at this stage is recouped by a well laid out, tightly integrated
system which is easy to manufacture, service and update in the
future.
However, no matter how good the basic design and manufacture may
be,without stringent control over the testing, installation and
commissioning, the overall system function could be compromised.To
this end, HEMCO have a skilled installation team and on-site commissioning
engineers to ensure complete system operation.

HEMCO’s Procedures Declaration File clearly sets out to define
various working practices and procedures. From the booking in and traceability
of parts, to workshop procedures, tooling, test and inspection. In maintaining
the highest quality standards, quality components are always specified.We
work firmly within the various safety directives as set down by British
Standards and the European Union. Typical regulations we adhere to include:

• The Low Voltage Directive.
• The Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive.
